Multi-Camera Live Streaming and Global Communication

Global Communication in 2025
Handheld and wearable technology and the software that runs them has become the de facto medium to send and receive information for billions of people on the planet. In addition, we see almost zero resistance to this trend. Those who are not yet connected display a keen desire to become able to connect and engage with it, if for no better reason than survival.
The level of global exposure from “going viral” goes beyond nation borders to include increasingly “everyone”, giving the most extraordinary reach for any person’s message.
The expanding human access to the tools of media production has created a new breed of influential actors in the world and helped new groups and ideas to grow by connecting people instantly to others across the globe.
This highway of global communication has inevitably become both richer, more unpredictable, and more chaotic than the world we were presented in the pre-internet age, where public or for-profit media was restricted to a small number of private or state controlled media outlets and publishers.

Case Study
Creed – Fit to Fight
For the premiere of the movie Creed, Absolute Media Labs was engaged by an agency to produce a multi-camera live stream in front of an LED wall in one of our partner studios, XRM. Our team produced virtual sets using Unreal Engine and leveraged motion tracking. High-profile influencers were incorporated into the live stream interacting with the studio hosts.
